    Just asking, but why is it that all series that are encoded have only Japanese audio, but the movie gets nearly all optional audio? Is it because it’s actually available and is not on volume BD’s? Just seemed like unnecessary bloat, but it would make sense for those reasons.

      I include everything that is on the BD. Series very rarely have other language tracks, and when they do they are R1 and we include them (see like Ga Rei Zero, Haibane Renmei, Mai Hime, etc…). Movies as of late have been including multiple languages on the BD – especially Ghibli movies. This by far is the most languages in a Ghibli movie though.

      FLAC is more efficient than DTS HD-MA and can be losslessly decoded without any additional third-party decoders.

    Weird issue, when using Mad/Lav with the XySubFilter beta version 3.1.0.682 (32bit) the subtitles disappear when the video is fullscreened; they show fine in windowed mode and then are gone in fullscreen. Tried disabling and re-enabling subtitles & checked the other languages and cannot get the subs to show in fullscreen. Duplicated the problem on two different installs & this is also the only file with this problem.

    I’m also having this issue, that’s a first (and I use this Mad/Lav/XySubFilter setup for a very long time, updating occasionally of course).
    I couldn’t work around the issue even by disabling fullscreen exclusive mode (which should work just like when it’s windowed), so it maybe has to do with resolution. My monitor is 1080p, and there’s no resizing involved when I go fullscreen mode(exclusive or not), which is when the bug occurs. Would that also be the case with you?

    For those having issues with subtitle disappearing with madVR+XySubFilter, disabling the “optimize subtitle quality for performance instead of quality” setting on madVR made it work for me.
