I am a heartcatch precure fan so this news is awsome

  4. DmonHiro writes:

Fuck you TOEI. You put this out on Bluray (and yes, it’s awesome), but not HeartCatch? Come on… we want HeartCatch on Bluray.

  5. Boo writes:

    Odd thing to do. 🙂

  6. Gar writes:

I bet this is April Fooling.

If not, I am really excited!

(But I thought Precures only got DVDs except for the movies…)

  7. IZEROII writes:

    Hell Yes! Indeed

  8. Anon writes:

    This pleases me greatly

  9. Noko writes:

If this is not bullshit. FUCK YEAH.

  10.   writes:

Hm…now I don’t know if I want to continue watching this as its airing or wait for the Bluray release. 🙁

  11. Desu~ writes:

Hell yes, indeed. I am looking forward to it!

  12. David writes:

Why are you not using the vastly superior doremi subs for suite precure?

  13. suckit writes:

Why nutbladder? They suck! Fuck you!

  14. Noko writes:

@suckit You are bad and should feel bad.

  15. Actar writes:

I question the choice of Nutbladder… Their butchering of the Arakawa Under the Bridge was just too much for me to handle just like Baka Test and gg. I’d suggest going with Doremi-CureCom.

  16. JT writes:

The Doremi-CureCom version is actually pretty bad as well (episode 8 in particular), but still notably better than Nutbladder’s. If there’s no actually decent version available by then (highly likely, alas), then the Doremi-CureCom is the lesser of the two evils.

  17. theBaron writes:

    Too bad Heartcatch didn’t get a blu-ray release 🙁

  18. Force Gaia writes:

@ JT: You’ll find that Doremi-CureCom will be the best as they actually involve themselves with those who watch their subs, and other subbing groups get involved and will critique their translations

@CoalGirl: You might want to publicize this on http://precure.livejournal.com/ as that’s the main fanbase’s community hub for precure, and you might be able to get your subs put onto the IRC bot on #precure@irc.rizon.net
The community is always open to another group subbing precure and will assist in any way, you’ve just got to ask, as i don’t think you’d have to ask that much to get it put on the bot so they’re never going to die as torrents

  19. CharmyS writes:

Want. Can’t afford but want. Damn you massively illogical price range.

  20. Request writes:

Would you consider picking up the Hen Zemi BDs as a project?

  21. FinalFan writes:

    Great, magical nosebleed!

  22. asfgsfghd writes:

    holy fuck that’s expensive

  23. Exerion writes:

How come a simple volume is so expansive ? I wonder where otaku get their money >_>

  24. Rai writes:

@Exerion, although this may be a stereotype, Japanese jobs often pay more, due to the higher cost of luxury living in Japan, Japan also has one of the lowest average CEO to worker pay, at 11:1. Surely not all otaku are NEETs right?

  25. Whatever writes:

@Exerion, you can’t take a simple conversion from one currency to another. there are other factors, such as what Rai said, that are involved.

  26. Exerion writes:

    Thanks for the explanation Rai.

  27. Exerion writes:

(sorry for the double post) Thanks for the info Whatever , I know that in Japan DVDs are more priceys (though I don’t really get why, mangas are not more expensive) but I tought that a volume would be like 7 000 yen but 17 000 … that is somehow … a shock ^^ .

  28. Ika-Musume writes:

    sweet i love ya coalgirls

  29. MikeP writes:

    @Exerion
Volumes usually are about 7,000 yen and contain 2-3 episodes.
This, although labelled as a volume, is more like box 1 and contains 12 episodes.

  30. thereal_night writes:

the BDMV is already on share ex2

  31. Exerion writes:

    O_o I see , I didn’t noticed this , thanks MikeP ^^

  32. Kokonoe writes:

Sweet. How many discs are there? Excited for this. 😀

  33. Ichigo69 writes:

I will be putting these episodes on the [PreCure]AllStars bot on Rizon IRC. The bot is located in the #news, #aesir, #doremi, and #precure channels.

  34. FinalFan writes:

    Episode 10 (720p) is in 1080p folder.

  35. miracles writes:

It’s this show stand alone or continued from the previous season?

  36. FinalFan writes:

Only Max Heart and 5 GoGo! are sequels to another Precure season, miracles.

  37. miracles writes:

So if I want to watch Precure suite, I do not need to download all Precure to understand the content of the story?

  38. dood writes:

@miracles: Nope, each series is a standalone story.

  39. PastaSauce writes:

Thank you thank you thank you very much !!!

Is it just me, or is the ending theme very slightly out of sync at times ? i was just comparing it to the 720p version and noticed it. It is not a problem at all, i’m just curious if its my computer or if i did something wrong. its barely 1/2 a second or so.

ED 01 @ 1:10~1:11 , i.e. hibiki & kanade bouncing to the music, near the end of the ending theme, the visuals seem to be 1/2 a second (or less) slower than the audio. I followed the playback faq posted here exactly.

Thank you once again, this is amazing and please keep it up.

    • coalgirl writes:

This is a thing on the disc. Toei wasn’t very careful in lining up the video/audio tracks, so it wound up being a bit different. Sometimes too late by a fraction of second, sometimes too slow.

    Thank you for reply

  41. PastaSauce writes:

    @coalgirl

    Ahh that makes sense!
Thank you for your reply, it clarifies everything! Please carry on with your fabulous work !

Been waiting for a while, let’s see what the fuss is all about!… ^_^

  43. Zalis writes:

Looks like HeartCatch is the only Pretty Cure series doomed not to have any kind of disc-rip version in the ripping scene…

  44. Gar writes:

    Is the +1 the movie?

  45. Gar writes:

    Nevermind.

  46. kibunsj writes:

any direct link for 1080p ?

  47. DarkChaplain writes:

Thanks! Been waiting for the second batch =)

  48. DmonHiro writes:

Zalis, that’s because the TV version wa very good, and the DVD is of less quality. If there was a HeartCatch Bluray, I’d be on that so fast you’d be calling me The Flash – Teleporting version.

  49. Anime Archiver writes:

If I already downloaded the previous batch of 1-12 do i need to redownload those as well or just 13-24?

  50. Goshtic writes:

If you already got 1-12, just set your download location from the 1-24 patch to there and it’ll resume from where you left off and you can help seed on those old files.

Anybody got any performance tips or solutions on perfect playback of this release? My PC seem to choke on this series, since it’s 29.97fps @ 1080p 10bit. Can handle playback smoothly, if subtitle is turned off.

    I’m on DuoCore @ 3.33ghz OCed w/6GB Ram. Running MPC-HC + MadVR, using LAVFilters-0.49 + xy-VSFilter_3.0.0.2_Test. On a fresh install of Win7 x64 Ultimate SP1.

Anybody else have a similar hardware setup that is able to playback smoothly?
