    Do you plan to make a patch (xdelta or whatever) available for ep8,13-14? Redownloading the whole files when only a few bytes were changed is way overkill.

    A customer torrent with just episode 15 and whatever was changed, or patches, would be great. I have been downloading everything as you released it, and to download it again would be a real pain in the ass, especially with my finicky ISP.

    You don’t. If your client is good enough it will allow you to un-check the files you don’t need.
    Or put all the ones you already have into the folder the torrent creates, hash-check and you’re done.

    you don’t need to download everything. Most bt clients allow you to select the location of the previously downloaded files, checks them, and if they are the same (even if renamed, sometimes), they will be loaded as completed, ready for seeding. Only missing files and some failed blocks will be downloaded (you need to delete/remove the .torrent files for the previous downloads for those files or it’ll give an error and may corrupt the files).

    That being said, I give my thanks for the series, but the 720p batch torrent file keeps giving me an error while trying to open it :\

    I’ll seed when it works…

    That being said, there are sections missing from the commentary tracks. For example, if I play just the flac file for episode 2’s commentary (to rule out any mux errors on my part), I can hear the audio skip around 23:28. It’s definitely missing the commentary that would play during the ending credits.

    I know. This was unavoidable.

    I understand that the issues is unavoidable if it originates from the source files. However, if the issue is compatibility with ordered chapters, I have managed to get the commentary to play during the parts that use ordered chapters while maintaining sync prior to this by muxing the FLAC file into a same filename MKA and then having MPC load that via the right click menu. That method should work if a complete FLAC version is available.

    Is there any way I can check to see what is causing the problem?
    I can demux the file, but how do I go about setting up the ordered chapter?
    I’d rather do it myself then redownload the whole episode to change something small.
    I can provide more information if it is needed.

    Hmmm, I think it might be a problem with the Haali media splitter, without the splitter installed WMP will not even play the episode…however MPC will, though the ordered chapters do not work.
    I’ve updated both FFDshow and the splitter to their newest stable releases, still no change.
    I am going to assume that Haali Media Splitter is having some sort of issue with the ordered chapters of the final episode, as none of the other episodes have had this problem. Guess I’ll try demuxing the episode and rebuilding it.

    Thanks for your hard work! Only one thing, you used the same ending for ep 11, 13 and 14 but ep 14 has slightly different animation so it is missing. And I liked the art on this series ending so much, oh well.

    @juuniban, did you read the “readme.txt”? they clearly explained why they weren’t included.

    What we are not missing:
    1. OP1, OP5a, ED2 – These files were not available without credits, so ordered chapters were not used.
    2. TV PV 13-15 – Not available on the Blu-Ray.
    3. Subs on SP. This doesn’t need subs.

    Try core Avc 2.0. That fixed most of my video problems. Disable all other H.264 encoders. Like the one that FFDShow is using.

    @HelloDuck: Those are, well, the different endings. The bluray version of Bakemonogatari has 5 different endings (not counting credit/creditless versions or the ones merged with the episode).
    The one from ep 14 is missing in this release.
