    wrong, they were a great group. there was nothing wrong with their stuff, its just that koharubi took more tike to look into the meaning of the lines rather than speedsub.

    Just curious, do all of these episodes have thumbnail previews? I downloaded them all, but only Episode 12 and all the openings/endings seem to have a thumbnail preview in Windows Explorer.

    just figured i would mention Ep 12 at the begining right after the opening, it flips thru alot of words, well on the last screen where it shows episode number title and such, ep 12 has the number 11 when it reads 12. thought i would mention. i fixed mine already.

    Can you please confirm if there is an issue with the ending of Ep 8? Araragi’s voiceover ends abruptly after “How should I put this?” and it cuts to Kanbaru with the credit roll. My TRT is 23:34…other eps are about 26 min. Thanks for all your work!!

    I’m having the exact same issue. Downloaded v2 of ep8 several times, CRC check matches, uninstalled/reinstalled/total formatted, etc. Explained everything I’ve tried here: (http://forums.bakabt.com/index.php?topic=24612.20). It’s driving me up the wall trying to figure it out.

    The Episode chapter is tagged as ending at 00:21:08.257000000
    The Ending chapter is tagged as starting at 00:22:08.257000000, a full minute later. Typo by whoever timed the chapters?

    I used MKVmerge to mux in a retimed chapter list (I set Episode to end at 00:22:54.087000000 and Ending to start at 00:22:54.129000000 so it matches a frame transition and silence in the audio), and it works fine now.

    Still at a loss as to why only a handful of us were actually affected by this, though…

    It was. But Kiss x Sis wound up being so bad I needed something good to go out on. Either way, I still have my bail out if they ever do hold to their word.

    If you ask me, the gg translation was better than qIIq because they weren’t as tied down by literalism, they breathed a great deal of life into the script and made it a more enjoyable watch.

    I mean, seriously, ‘So you’re a siscon’ (qIIq) versus ‘I didn’t know you were into incest’ (gg) explains it perfectly, who even knows what ‘siscon’ means? It’s a bit different than ‘lolicon’ (which is more well-known, but it would better translated as ‘Didn’t know you were into little girls’ or something) or honorifics which everyone knows.

    qIIq’s translation wasn’t bad, but it was a bit lifeless.

    There is a reason why I chose the groups I did. qIIq was good for typesetting as they had everything typeset to the fullest extent possible. Koharubi had the best script flow, however, as qIIq was lifeless. gg and Koharubi were close in those regards. So after the point I consider Koharubi dead, pem (gg under a different name) was the next best choice.

    And I have a question about Ep 13 — why doesn’t it have the ED? I’ve only downloaded Ep 13 from Coalgirls so far — do I have to have linked chapters from the 1-10 batch or something like that? I really like the ED from this series, and the background animation was slightly different in the Ep 13 ED.

    Thank you for your hard work — I’m eagerly awaiting the final batch file.

    In the previous episodes (at least in 12) Senjougahara was spelt with “ou” and in 13 it’s only “o”. Dunno about 14 (still downloading).

    Has the issue with 08v2(CRC = B752138C) been mentioned? It’s needs a v3. There is some timestamp issue at the end of the episode. At around 22:39 when both OP and 08v2 are in one folder. It skips some minutes or quite a bit of seconds.

    protip – All shows have a share raw + subs slapped onto it quickly after. Outside of that low effort job, there is no other episode 15 BD sub.

    At least for ep 14 the ending animation is slightly different, making 2 versions of the Tsubasa ending version. I hope this ending is added in the final batch and linked to ep 14 instead of the one that is linked now.

    Are the commentary tracks supposed to be synced with the video? I tried watching some of the middle bits of episode 9 with commentary and when the regular dialogue was audible, it was definitely running a couple seconds ahead of the video.

    Nevermind the timing issue I mentioned on the episode 9 commentary… it syncs fine is I mux it into the original file (although this does break ordered chapters), so clearly there’s a playback issue.

    Okay, I guess there actually is an error in the commentary tracks. Whenever you hit a credit sequence that has been done using ordered chapters, that segment of the commentary track is entirely missing. I have confirmed this by playing the tracks on their own as well.

    I don’t know how difficult it might be to correct this issue, but I thought I’d let you know.

    I’m a bit confused here. I downloaded everything so far and even checked all the torrents to make sure I didn’t miss anything. So far I have OP2, OP3, OP4a, OP4b, and OP5b (I read the comment about no OP5a) along with ED and ED3.

    So am I correct in assuming there was no NC for “OP” (Staple Stable) or “ED2”? Just want to make sure I didn’t miss anything. BTW – is it just me or is the ED, Kimi no Shiranai Monogatari, one of the best anime songs ever? Just greatness.

    Also, if at ALL possible, please have patches or the corrected scripts/chapters made for the final batch release separately available so that those of use who already downloaded all these large files (1080p versions for me) don’t have to download them again.
