    See the problem is everyone has a different “reasonable size”. I consider a 50% reduction in size VERY good and in most other things it is. If people don’t feel that way there’s always the 720p option, down sampling the 1080 yourself or getting another group / raw.

    There is one important related thing: grain. If you like to have as much grain as possible – yes, you often have to use very high bitrates to preserve it. I like to remove grain and without it anime can be compressed quite well while remaining visually identical.

    It’s not that i complain about exactly your encodes, just people nowdays tend to use CRF number out of nowhere without any reasoning why not +1 or -1.

    Every ED is specific in regards to what happened in that episode. 37 seconds into the ED we see Juubei sitting, reflecting on what happened in that episode. Unless there is a way around that which I don’t know.

    Actually, I was wrong. I thought the OP & ED included were utilizing ordered chapters so each episode would not have the OP & ED in them. So because of that, I thought the ED file I downloaded was for that. I checked episode two and it does have it’s specific ED, so yeah. Sorry for the trouble (might want to consider naming the file NCED instead of ED).

    Ah, I see. Ya I can rename stuff for the batch. I will never use ordered chapters, IMO it destroys portability and interoperability of video. Not to mention I have had just about every issues you can think of with ordered chapters. Video corruption, desyncing, lagging ect ect.
