Thanks a lot for the release!
However in episode 01 at (after) 4:40 I am getting a huge stutter (dropped frames) for a couple of seconds. by the way I am using KCP latest version 0.6.0.8 and using Windows 8.1
    specs: GPU: GTX 780, CPU: i7 4770.
    can someone please check this?
    Sorry for the trouble

just to be precise first episode 01 1080p . and I have tested it on with madvr on/off.
    sorry for the trouble.

FFF went “slightly” too hard on it there (a good portion of the video is covered up by subtitles). I don’t think that part works on any PC / playback software, at least none that I have around.

  7. Ookami writes:

Thanks,so you think there is no way to fix it ?? and does also exist in FFF TV release too? or is it just in coalgirls version only??

  8. Barnahadnagy writes:

Interesting. VLC and MPCHC (intenal or xysubfilter) both fail with it on both my PCs.
FFF TV is the same. You could always edit it if it bothered you.

  9. Ookami writes:

Ok, thanks to Barnahadnagy comment which helped me identify the problem (Like he said that part was heavy because of FFF went overboard with the typesetting).
there is a somewhat roundabout fix for it as I tested if you are using MPC-HC with madVR (KCP).
    here what to do : 1. open MPC-HC>Right Click>Filters>madVR>Settings.
    2. rendering>general Settings. then set CPU queue size to 96 (or more) & GPU queue to 24.
but I must warn that this will cause madVR to use a lot of ram up to 2.5 GB.
then when you reach that part pause and count to 10 (no kidding) then press play and it should play smoothly from what I seen.
I tested most values below 96 and 96 was the stable one. hope this help.

This series totally dropped off, I think the story was too complicated to have a satisfying resolution, maybe they bit off more than they could chew. Thanks for the release!

I don’t know if it’s just me but I noticed some sort of encode issue on episode 8, 21:18

There’s a pink screen before a change in scene. I was wondering if it’s an encode issue or it’s just natural. :/

@Wafflesama!!! Thank you so much for the recommendation! Wish I knew about this years ago! As soon as I can get it working I’ll be ecstatic!

Also Coalgirls thanks again for the release you’re all awesome!

Pretty disapointed with FFF’s work here.
They don’t write down what characters say and even went to americanize it way more than normally.
We have CR/Funi for that, so please stop.

Episode 5 – Ruri’s name in the ranking board is misspelled. It was “Miramoto” than Miyamoto
