    @Yo, open the torrent and you’ll see. 2GB per episode isn’t necessary, but then again I’m not the encoder and don’t make the decisions. You can see the same at Clannad recently, 2GB per episode but the quality wasn’t even slightly better than the other releases… (

    Well if it makes you feel better, the translator/SS often does joints with Eclipse, and I believe he’s also responsible for some of Kaichou wa Maid-sama for Eclipse now.
    I don’t know anyone that’s using Mazui’s subs for BDs though. UTW is doing their own BDs.
    I would say watch it and see if it’s fine for yourself, but if you seriously lack the bandwidth/space to do so… I don’t actually know what you’re doing here.

    You know UTW has had signs/karaoke translations since, well before you uploaded your first release for this show. In my release I used UTW’s sign translation and SS for the dialog… I don’t know why you couldn’t do the same.

    Also, are you buying the BD’s? I’ve noticed a disappointing lack of good RAW’s for this show and that has held me up. I will probably drop this now that you have gotten your subs straitened out.

I haven’t downloaded and checked these myself yet (started dling vol 1 today but my internet is almost out of downloads till next month) but I downloaded some Bakemonogatari and Queen’s Blade BDMVs from the guy who posted these and they were fine so these should be too. They’re 7z files in 200MB parts on Multiupload. On the site where I got them from, dmzj.178.com, there are some other series in BDMV and RAW encodes as well.

    I don’t mind SS’s dialog font, but their op / ed is TERRIBLE. Way to flashing and distracting. I’m using UTW’s styling w/ a different font for those, I think it looks allot cleaner.

    Haven’t downloaded to check yet, but the one thing that really nagged at me from their version was in the baseball episode (4?), where they mistranslated ‘called game’ as ‘cold game’. If you’re going back to fix more imposing things like the styling and whatnot, then I’d appreciate if you could take the time to fix that little gaffe.

    Otherwise sure, yes, I can go to the :effort: of fixing it myself, I’m sure.
